NB! The Component may only be used by existing customers of Lessor. Consequently, if no agreement has been entered into with Lessor regarding licensing of Lessor solution(s), you, or the business that you are representing are not in any case allowed to download and/or use the Component, and any such use will be a violation of the EULA.

1 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

1.1 In addition to what is set out in the EULA, the existing agreement(s) between Lessor and the Customer ("Agreement") will apply mutatis mutandis to the use of the Component. The Component is considered an integral part of the System(s) licensed under the Agreement.

1.2 Except as otherwise provided herein, defined terms shall have the save meaning as set out in the Agreement.

2 GRANT OF RIGHT OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 The Customer is granted a non-perpetual, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the Component as part of the services and under the same provisions as set out in the Agreement.

2.2 Lessor keeps all rights in the Component unless otherwise expressly stated in the Agreement. The Customer solely acquires a right of use to the Component as set out in the EULA and in the Agreement.

2.3 The Customer may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Component beyond what is expressly permitted under mandatory Danish legislation.

2.4 Any action contrary to this clause 2, is deemed to be a material breach of the Agreement and will entitle Lessor to terminate the Agreement without notice and to immediately end the Customer's right of use to the Component.

3 LIABILITY

3.1 Lessor does not take on any liability regarding the Component, including any such liability for infringement of third-party rights, beyond what is expressly set out in the Agreement.

4 EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION

4.1 The EULA shall apply for the period of which the Customer is using the Component.

4.2 In case the Agreement, or the parts thereof which provides for the use of the Component, is terminated, the Customer shall immediately stop using the Component, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with Lessor.
